Oversee the budgets of the health care and preventive programs, which is provided through multiple allocations, ensuring resource distribution to meet the requirements of the designated programs. Responsible for planning, direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of scope, quality and efficiency of the clinical care and preventive programs through expert consultation in the health care professional and specialties. Provide staff guidance to maximize program effectiveness and quality of health care provided to Indian population through tribal, contract, urban programs, direct patient care and community services. Provides consultative and advisory services in a designated field of clinical health care to Indian Health, education, training and research organizations which encompass national, state and community levels. Provides information on the principles, theories, methods and techniques pertinent to the examination, diagnosis and treatment of individuals and management of health care services. In order to qualify for this position, you must meet on of the the degree requirements for a physician position listed below:
Completion of a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from a school in the United States or Canada approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicant's graduation. Completion of a Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school that provided education and medical knowledge substantially equivalent to accredited schools in the United States as demonstrated by permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), possess a fifth pathway certificate for Americans who completed premedical education in the United States and graduate education in a foreign country or successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination. Graduate Training:
Prior to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, all eligible physician candidates must have had at least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting. You may meet thus requirement if you meet one of the following:
Completion of, at minimum, a 1-year internship, residency, or fellowship program by a recognized body of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American Medical Association (AMA), or a hospital or other institution accredited in the United States for such training. Completion of, at minimum, a 1-year residency program which involved training in a specialized field of medicine in an institution accredited for training in the specialty by a recognized body of the American Medical Association (AMA) or AOA. Completion of, at minimum, a 1-year fellowship program which involved advanced training(beyond residency training) in a given medical specialty in either a clinical or research setting in a hospital or other institution accredited in the United States for such training. Licensure:
This physician position provides direct patient care; as such, all eligible candidates must meet the licensure requirement. Must possess a permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the degree requirements for a pharmacist position. Completion of a doctoral degree in Pharmacy that is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. Education:
Completion of a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from a school approved by the American Dental Association (ADA), or the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. Licensure:
All eligible candidates must meet the licensure requirement. Must have passed the National Board Dental Examinations (NBDE) which are developed and administered by the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations (JCNDE) AND possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Your resume must demonstrate at least 4 years of graduate training in the specialty of the position to be filled or equivalent experience and training. Examples include:
Provide supervisory guidance and leadership to management and work collaboratively to develop and implement internal program plans and procedures incorporating goals and objectives of the departments; responsibility for the overall management and direction of a variety of health care and preventive disciplines and the delivery of health care services; interact with department heads in a broad interdisciplinary fashion to ensure access to quality health care; financial stability of Service Unit programs; program planning and design, and survey readiness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, GS-0660 or 0680-14. Pharmacist or Dentist:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
