Hiring Immediately! The purpose of this position is to aid the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of customer facility needs.
Responds to facility inquiries and concernsEnsures timely and quality service delivery to requestor, and follows up with requestors to ensure customer satisfactionCreates work orders and assigns work orders to vendors, subcontractors, and techniciansCommunicates work orders to technicians and assists in resolving problemsProvides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with appropriate vendors and techniciansMaintains files on work orders, proposals and department filesCreates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendorsTrains vendors on work order and billing proceduresProcesses invoices and research status of payment.
Communicate updates accordingly to vendorsAssists with reviewing facility inspectionsProvides support to corporate office reception deskUses PC for work order system, emailAssists with sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for projects SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires basic analytical skills.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.

$17 - $20KAV123.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
