Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with driving associates and be their point of contact if they encounter problems or have questions while on the road after hours and weekendsHelp keep drivers safe and understand what each driving associate is capable ofDisplay good work ethic and commitment to our service-oriented cultureCommunicate with customers when problems arise with a loadEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, as well as all state, federal, and DOT regulationsRecord high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and note what actions were takenPosition
Qualifications:
A plus to have experience in transportation industryDemonstrated track record of achievement and successDemonstrated track record of good attendance and long-term employmentDesires a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentCall Center experienceCall center management a plus Why work for Knight Transportation:
