Primary Purpose:
Validate transactions and ensure accurate and timely payments of amounts due
Essential Functions:
-Audit invoices for accuracy, verify invoice information and general ledger account coding of invoices-Research various discrepancies, unpaid invoices and process timely to avoid late payments-Use problem solving skills to resolve AP workflow issues-Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives-Assist with auditing corporate card transactions-Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations-Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKJL123.
