Supporting the General Managers by providing accurate information and relaying meticulous bid details provided by the customer.
Consistently returning bids to customers on time, while giving General Managers ample time to complete their tasks.
Making sure accurate pricing is received and submitted within the given timeline.
Verifying and implementing awards and commitments by effective date.
Serve as liaison between Sales Manager and General Managers to provide rates for customer bids.
Downloading and reviewing all bid files from customer.
Creating excel files, ensuring integrity of customers files.
Format bids into standard format for General Managers, work with LOBs to provide necessary info.
Meet and prioritize time lines.
Format coordinate and submit bids to customers in compliance with deadlines.
Completing questionnairesFacilitate and publish bid awards for contracts.
-Receive awards from customer and incorporate into excel files.
Verify rates match, review customer bid rate sheets for accuracy prior to notifying the General Managers.
Ensuring bid rates are implemented correctly and prior to the effective dates.
Implementing payment term, fuel, accessorials, or other critical account changes identified during the bid process.
