Customer Service Representative (Full-time)-work from homeWe provide home euthanasia services in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound inquiries from potential customers.
The representative is expected to answer questions according to company phone guidelines, schedule appointments according to the our booking system.
and to relay any issues or irregularities surrounding any customer inquiry to the lead doctor ASAP.
The representative will enhance company relations with the veterinary community and customers by establishing a relationship and developing rapport.
The call types will include general inquiries, reassurance as far as the timing of the decision, as well as specific questions related to the home euthanasia process.
Job Duties:
o Responsible for answering each phone call compassionately and listening to the cutomer's concerns, explaining the service as outlined in the company phone guidelines, gathering all details and pertinent information, and scheduling the appointmento Provide itemized receipts for customers upon requesto Effectively communicate via text message to lead doctor with issues or items of concerno Effectively communicate with customers via text message when applicable, using empathy, correct spelling and grammaro Attend all company required training and actively participate in development conversations with managers.
o oversee the company's social media in the area of posting pertinent content, managing regular posts and responding to followers
Qualifications:
o 2 year of working in the field of small animal veterinary medicine as a technician or veterinary assistanto 1 year of customer service or administrative support in a service industry.
