Accessorial Data Entry Clerk at Knight Transportation Phoenix, AZ
PRIMARY PURPOSEProvide data entry and general support to department leadership and personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMonitor assigned group mailboxes for and execute on requests for timely payment of demurrage, PierPass, street turn, and other accessorial fees.
Assist with gathering documentation to assist with invoice dispute resolution.
Assist with inquiries from vendors regarding chassis use and long-dwell.
Assist with invoice follow-up with other team members.
Assist with data entry and report generation.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
