Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will join a team of project managers, performance coaches, operational service delivery leads, marketing and communications experts, data and insights leads, facility managers, technicians, and AV engineers delivering a range of solutions to our global client.
Your skills will guide cross-functional teams in initiatives related to developing and producing competitive digital, interactive, and in-person shows, both live and on-demand.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Define, facilitate, and own the production lifecycle (development, pre and post-production, marketing & distribution) Identify project budget, timelines, required resources, and manage scope and risk Collaborate closely with:
Project managers and service delivery subject matter experts to create and enhance a portfolio of digital offerings Sr.
Director Portfolio Management (Executive Producer) to align on strategic content goals Digital services team on talent, casting, scheduling, and logistics Vendor technicians and production management team on broadcast elements and technical support Client and talent on music/playlist selection and licensing Marketing and communications on promotional plans and localization of content Experience designers on strategic content decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data Consistently apply understanding of client culture and key stakeholder perspectives in production decisions Review and participate in streaming offerings and develop show production and creative guidelines Translate virtual experiences to an in-person or hybrid working environment Act as a specialist on the competitive landscape and propose new ways to innovate based on long-term vision and awareness of priorities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5
years managing production services and project management in a creative agency, entertainment studio, streaming company, or closely-related digital services environment Extensive experience managing internal cross-functional resources and external vendors Expert knowledge of production workflows, including understanding the creative and production process Fluent in technical aspects of production (AV types and formats, including but not limited to cameras, microphones, lighting, set design, file compression and storage, graphics creation, studio operations, etc.
) and able to articulate to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Entertainment, Computer Science, Design, or a closely-related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3
years experience supporting B2C products, ideally around digital fitness experiences in the media and entertainment industry and/or streaming video services 3

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
