Summary:
Dive in to Lylo, our mid-century poolside bar led by renowned drinksmith, Ross Simon, proprietor of two of Arizona's most awarded bars, Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour and Little Rituals.
Enjoy deliciously refreshing cocktails (rum-spiked pineapple soft serve, anyone?), paired with an all-day menu of light, Hawaiian-Japanese influenced bites.
Seeking a hands-on, passionate, entrepreneurial,upscale high volume restaurant managerto lead and manage high volumerestaurants.
The Manageris responsible foroverseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant tomaintainthe highest level of standards and efficiency.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Five yearsof restaurantexperience.
Two yearsof managementexperience.
Knowledge of POSAbility to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Musthave a pleasant and positive personality.
Well organized.
Essential Functions:
Responsible formaintaininga consistentlysmooth-runningoperation.
Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.
Hiring, andtrainingall staff.
Forecasting and scheduling of staff according to occupancy levels.
Daily tracking of payroll and revenue.
Coaching and counseling staff, as well as holding monthly meetings for staff.
Ensurethe physicalatmosphere andcleanlinessofrestaurants, including inspecting tabletops, and side-stations.
Monitoring of all current inventories andassistwithendof the month inventories.
Responsible for ordering new products.
Attending department head, conference review, food and beverage and pre-con meetings asrequired.
Responsible fortimelyperformance evaluations of staff.
Maintainingthe profitabilityofrestaurantsthrough forecasting and staffing.
Communicate with leadership team on all upcoming events, promotions, new products, etc.
Handleguest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Providinga pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
Complete knowledge of different foods and food trendsFamiliarity of fresh and local seafoodKnowledge of upscale service standardsFull Liquor, Beer and Wine KnowledgeKnowledge of current beverage trends and MixologyMARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task assigned bythe GM.
