Temporary Agency in which most recent assignment was with Lender Processing Services Inc. until hired on full-time. The assignment included working in the Quality Assurance department and Quality Control with appraisal and comparative market analysis review. 

Responsibilities included reviewing multi-page appraisals, broker price opinions, and comparative market analyses to meet lender and government (Fannie Mae) guidelines prior to approval.  Involved working with appraisers and real estate agents via phone and email communication to produce quality products presentable to lender clients that meet government and lender specifications.

03/06-11/10     Balboa Insurance Group (formerly a division of Bank of America), Moon Township, PA

 Quality Control/Quality Assurance

Duties include monitoring customer service functions within the company locations including the facilities in Moon Twp., PA, Chandler, AZ, Mumbai, India and Costa Rica. Responsibilities included taking random samples of work of all employees to determine accuracy and function efficiency to make sure all company and lender requirements are met within the insurance environment.

Prior experience within Balboa: Customer service duties included making phone calls to insurance agents/carriers and borrowers to verify auto or homeowners insurance coverage on various types of collateral. Reviewing, verifying and documenting correct insurance information extracted from various systems and performing research to determine current status and updating the systems accordingly.

Position required excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills investigating evidence of insurance for the various lender customers.

Temporary Agency in which the assignment was to work for Balboa Insurance Group until hired directly as a full-time employee.
