For Sale: 1971 Buick Riviera in Phoenix, Arizona for sale in Phoenix, AZ

Vehicle Description This is an astonishing one-family-owned, original car with full documentation, Protecto-Plate, dealer docs, manuals, family car history letter, and under 27,000 original miles! I normally restore all my cars before marketing them, but I just started renovating a house and don't have the time.
So I am offering the car up as is, and it really doesn't need much to finish it up.
Having restored eight boat tail Riviera's for investors all over the world from Europe to Asia to Australia, I know this will be a $45k car when finished, due to its extreme originality, stunning interior, rare factory gauges, and unbelievably low miles.

I haven't done anything to the car yet.
It starts, runs and drives nicely.
It needs a tune up and needs going through mechanically, replace all fluids, etc.
But so far I don't see anything major or worrisome under the hood.
I've had it parked in the same spot for a few days and nothing is dripping or leaking.
The exhaust is kind of loud.
I'm not sure but it could be a hole in a pipe or muffler.
So the car probably could use new exhaust.
Otherwise, the prior owner (who is a mechanic) rebuilt the carburetor, installed a new water pump and radiator, and basically kept the car well maintained.
He and his wife, who is the daughter of the original owner, don't drive it very much.
The AC works, still uses the R12 freon, and the owner gave me a tank containing several pounds of R12 freon with the car.
Also gave me some new weather stripping.
The brakes and suspension feel good.
The undercarriage was rust-proofed when new so there are no cancer issues, just some light surface rust to be detailed out.
The reason the miles are so low is because the car was sealed and stored on blocks (with wheels removed) for over 10 years according to the prior owner.
The Buick Rally wheels are in mint condition, not one speck of rust.
The tires are good, but they look more like truck tires and the car would look better with proper car tires.
The car has its original jack and spare tire that still holds air! Special ordered with no side spears.
The body is in excellent condition but has some areas of peeling paint on the trunk only.
Apparently the car was in a minor fender-bender that damaged the trunk lid only, and I'm guessing the repaint wasn't that professional.
Everywhere else the factory original Buick Copper Mist Poly paint is in astonishingly good condition for being original.
No blistering or bubbling.
No dents or dings, so no significant body work required.
Just needs a respray in the original color to make perfect.
Don't need to paint the jams or underside of trunk lid which are good.
The vinyl top is excellent, however there is a dent up front near the windshield that will have to be repaired.
It only blemished the actual vinyl a little bit, so a good detail guy can make that disappear.
Chrome bumpers and stainless trim and rockers are in nice condition.
The interior is stunning, basically 9.
5/10.
The original owner told me the car has won multiple awards and car shows for best original interior and I believe it.
All power windows and drivers power seat are functional.
Dash, door panels, seats and headliner are near perfect.
Original carpet is 8/10.
The original owner ordered the factory gauge set you see on the center console above the shifter.
These are original factory gauges from Buick and EXTREMELY rare.
I have owned eight boat tails and seen hundreds of Riviera's from this era, but I've never seen this gauge option before.
