Vehicle Description 1959 DODGE CUSTOM ROYAL 4DR Here's a pretty rare and very charming 1959 Dodge Custom Royal 4dr, 2 owner car since new.
The last owner owned the Dodge for 40 years before she sold it to us.
Even though it is a south western car since day one there's some rust, rocker panels, bottom of the quarter panels behind the rear wheels, a little above the headlights and some floor rust, no big holes though in the floors.
And since it is a south western car it does not have rust all over like car car from a rust state! Most of the original paint is burned off giving the car a natural patina, not a fake one! As far as I can see the Dodge was silver original and the interior is black/white.
The seats are dry, we might have enough NOS cloth to redo the front seat, I will check.
Very nice door panels.
Incredible nice pot metal chrome! The car was ordered with the 361 V8 with a 4 bbl carburetor, 3 speed Torqueflite transmission, PS, PB, padded dash, factory A/C, tinted glass and the original owner also ordered the Dodge with chrome hood ornament and chrome quarter panel louvers.
The transmission has a slight leak, the Dodge is running and driving fine with a rebuilt carburetor and we are just finishing up a brake rebuild.
Drive and use the car as is or do some work to it, it is a matter of taste.
PRICE:
$10.
000 The Dodge is at our restoration shop in Phoenix, Arizona and we sell worldwide since 1986, export is never a problem.
