For Sale: 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 in Phoenix, Arizona for sale in Phoenix, AZ

1 of 11
Vehicle Description Nice, low mileage 1973 Cougar XR7 convertible.
25 years ago the owners wife said she wanted either a swimming pool or a convertible, the convertible was cheaper so that is what she got.
But she thought she could not see well to the sides of the car when driving so she did not drive it much and today the odometer shows only 38.
000 original miles.
The car has been repainted many years ago, not a high dollar paint job but it looks good still.
Excellent interior, the conv top is somewhat dry, no rips or tears just a little dry.
The car is a dry and 99,50% rust free Arizona car, very well optioned with 351 V8, AT, PS, PB, P-seat, PDL, A/C, P-top, tinted glass, remote mirror on the left side, very nice leather interior etc.
Since the lady owner did not drive it much it has spend most of the last 25 years in a garage.
The Cougar runs and drives fine, it has a few small leaks here and there.
The bottom of the car is super clean and rust free.
All original Cougar XR7 convertible except for one older paint job, in very good condition and it is a DRY and almost totally rust free Arizoina car.
We sell worldwide, have done that for the last 35 years.
More pictures will be added shortly.
