For Sale: 1962 Lincoln Continental in Phoenix, Arizona for sale in Phoenix, AZ

Vehicle Description If you're looking to cruise in style, this is your chance.
I have loved this '62 Continental for almost 10 years but time to look for something different.
Lincoln convertibles have long been insanely popular and bring huge money (up to $300,000 at Barrett Jackson last year) but the sedans like this have been especially trendy of late.
Built sedans like this often sell for $70,000+.
Mine is a great driver's car or could serve as a solid base to put $10-20k into it and make it show ready.
You will not find another early 60s Continental in this condition for this cheap! Factory 430 V-8 motor:
idles strong, runs great Just Rebuilt factory 2 barrel carb Converted generator to modern Alternator Brakes stop strong Extremely straight body (no major dents) No major rust! Choice of wheels/tires:
22 chrome wheels and tires or original style hubcap wheels and new Coker whitewalls Matte black paint Custom black and white interior Chrome mostly complete in decent condition Many extra parts can be included Reasons this is NOT a $70,000
car currently:
Paint is okay as-is, but may want to repaint.
Like most old cars, has some slow leaks (oil and pwr steering compression fitting) and hard-starting if been sitting a long time.
Windows are not installed, but I will include most all of the glass, some motors, some tracks, but may need ancillary parts to finish windows or use a aftermarket universal power window kit.
Chrome/trim is definitely not perfect, it's in pretty good condition and mostly complete, but some small dings in bumper and minor pitting.
Interior has been redone but is starting to show wear.
Please do not show up thinking this is a $40-$50k Continental that you miraculously found for $27k - it's not! Many people ask about the windows, the windows are not installed, they will require time and money to install.
I didn't care about them, I cruise the car in nice weather and have in my garage when not being driven.
If you need windows, you likely can Fab aftermarket/universal power window actuators pretty easily for $200/window (I can provide you info of kits that should work).
Price is Firm at $27k.
Serious buyers only.
No scammers or time wasters.
