For Sale: 1966 Austin-Healey Sprite Mark III in Phoenix, Arizona for sale in Phoenix, AZ

1 of 4
Vehicle Description 1966 Austin Healey Sprite MK III for sale.
1098 engine.
This is an original CA car with little/no rust.
Unmolested body with approx.
95% of all original parts.
I spent 3 years looking for a car without a bondo and Earl Schibe restoration.
You know them.
.
they look good from about 40 feet away until you run the magnet over the body/sills and find there is swiss cheese underneath.
And speaking of underneath-although the outer body looks restored, once you examine the undercarriage and knock on the floor pans you'll need a tetanus shot after your inspection.
This is NOT one of those cars.
It does have some dents/dings but is a great candidate for a partial/full restoration.
I really don't want to sell the car, but I don't currently have time to devote the TLC this car deserves.
It needs to go to someone who will do this.
I will not sell it to a collector who will put in their back yard to rot.
Upgrades:
Pertronix electronic ignition, spin on oil filter kit, re-cored original radiator, new tie rod ends, new front brake rotors, have new replacement front calipers to install, new brake cylinders.
Has all working gauges-the missing fuel has been restored and ready to install.
